A flyer has seconds to get the offer across and stay in someone's hand. We print flyers and leaflets digitally, fold them on folding machines, trim and pack them into banded bundles — ready to hand out on the street or ship to shops.

Production options
Single-sheet flyer
The simplest form: A6 or A5, single- or double-sided. Good for short campaigns and handing out in large quantities.
DL folder from an A4 sheet
A4 folded twice, Z-fold or letter fold. Holds plenty of content and fits a standard DL envelope and leaflet stands.
Accordion-fold leaflet
Several equal panels folded alternately. Works well for event programmes, location maps and detailed price lists.
Flyer with a coupon or variable data
Every copy with a different discount code or number. Lets you measure how many flyers actually brought in customers.

How we work
Brief: format, folding method, run size and paper, or a request for a template with fold lines.
File check — panel widths, bleeds, text placement near folds.
Digital printing, creasing, folding on a folding machine and cutting.
Banding into bundles and shipping to one address or multiple locations.

Indicative price
The price of flyers depends on format, paper, run size, single- or double-sided printing and the folding method. 500 A6 flyers for handing out cost differently from several thousand DL folders on heavier coated paper with creasing, so we quote after a brief. Indicative figures for typical orders:
Indicative net prices for a typical configuration, excluding shipping. A different run, format or finish changes the amount — we give an exact price after the brief.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

FAQ · Leaflets and folded brochures
Frequently asked questions
How do I prepare a file for a folded leaflet?
The panels aren't equal width — the panel that folds inward is usually 2–3 mm narrower. The easiest way is to ask us for a template with fold lines before you start the design.
What's the difference between folding and creasing?
Folding is simply bending the sheet. Creasing is pressing a groove along the fold line beforehand, which on heavier paper stops the ink from cracking at the spine.
Will an A4 leaflet folded to DL fit in an envelope?
Yes. A4 folded twice, Z-fold or letter fold, ends up close to DL size and fits a DL envelope.
What paper should I choose for flyers?
For street handouts, 130–150 gsm coated is enough. Sales leaflets look better on 170–250 gsm; matte gives a calmer look, gloss makes photos pop.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
