An envelope with a logo is the first thing a recipient sees before opening a letter — and often decides whether they open it at all. We print company envelopes with a logo and return address, and for mailings also the recipient's address from a list, handling the whole mailing assembly.

Production options
Company envelopes with logo
Standard correspondence with a logo and return address in the corner or on the flap.
Windowed envelopes
The address shows through the window from the document inside — no need to print it separately on the envelope.
Envelopes addressed from a list
A named mailing: we print the address on the envelope, and the letter inside carries the same details.
Envelopes for invitations
A format matched to the invitation or card, printed in matching colours.

How we work
Brief: format, closure type, window, printing and run size.
Design of the printing and approval of its placement on the envelope.
Printing the logo and, where needed, addresses from a list.
Packing into bundles and shipping; mailing assembly with contents is agreed during the brief.
04
Indicative price
The price of envelopes depends on format, closure type, window, print colours and run size. We quote envelopes after a brief, most often together with letterhead and business cards.
The net quote covers envelopes and printing; addressing from a list and mailing shipment are quoted as separate line items.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Everything produced under one roof.
We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

FAQ · Printed envelopes
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between peel-and-seal and self-adhesive closure?
A peel-and-seal envelope has the adhesive protected by a strip that's removed before sealing — the glue doesn't dry out over the years. Self-adhesive seals by pressing the flap down, which speeds up manual envelope-stuffing.
Which envelope fits an A4 sheet?
A4 unfolded fits a C4 envelope, folded in half fits C5, and folded in three fits DL.
Can the print run edge to edge on the envelope?
On ready-made envelopes we leave a margin from the edge and flap. Full bleed printing requires an envelope manufactured from a pre-printed sheet — that's a separate quote.
Will you print the recipients' addresses?
Yes. We print addresses from an Excel file, and if there's a named letter inside, we make sure the envelope and letter are matched up correctly.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
