Indicative price
The price of letterhead depends on run size, paper type and whether only the front or also the back is printed. Digital printing makes it easy to reprint more bundles, so we quote both small and larger runs after a brief. Indicative figures for typical orders:

Frequently asked questions
Can I print content on the letterhead with my office printer?
Yes, we match the paper and printing to standard laser and inkjet printers. With a strong background across the whole sheet, it's worth test-printing a few sheets first.
What details must appear on a limited company's letterhead?
Under Polish law, a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.) must state on its letters the company name, registered office and address, the registry court and KRS (National Court Register) number, NIP (tax ID) and the amount of share capital (Article 206 §1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code); other commercial companies have similar duties. For other business forms, it's worth confirming the required details with your accountant — we'll print whatever you specify.
How much letterhead should I order?
With digital printing, you can order less and reprint as needed. That avoids leftover bundles with an outdated address or phone number.
Will I also get a Word version?
Yes, on request we prepare a template with the same header and footer for letters sent electronically.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
