A presentation folder keeps the documents a client receives at a meeting together — and it stays on their desk afterwards. We print folders on sturdy card, cut and crease them in-house, and build in a pocket, a business-card slit and a spine for a thicker offer where needed.

Finish
matte, gloss or soft-touch film; other finishing effects chosen after a brief
Cutting

Production options
Single-pocket folder
A classic layout for a few sheets of an offer plus a business card. The cheapest to produce.
Folder with a spine
A spine a few millimetres wide lets a thicker offer or catalogue fit without bulging the folder.
Folder with finishing effects
Soft-touch film over the whole folder, plus an extra effect on the logo — produced to order and chosen after a brief. It makes an impression from the first touch.
Short run for an event
A few dozen folders for a conference or tender. Cutting straight from the file means no die cost.

How we work
Brief: document format, number of pockets, spine, run size.
A folder construction template for the design, then visualisation approval.
Printing, laminating, cutting and creasing, gluing the pocket.
Packing flat or folded, and shipping.
04
Indicative price
The price of a finished folder depends on the spread format, card stock, number of pockets, spine, laminating and gluing. We quote the whole set after a brief — a short run cut from the file avoids a die cost. Indicative figures for typical orders:
Indicative net prices for a typical configuration, excluding shipping. A different run, format or finish changes the amount — we give an exact price after the brief.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

FAQ · Presentation folders
Frequently asked questions
Do folders need a die?
Not for short runs — we cut and crease folders on a plotter straight from the file. A die only pays off at very large run sizes.
How many sheets does a folder hold?
A folder without a spine holds about a dozen sheets. If the offer is thicker, we add a spine sized to the page count.
Will I get a template for the design?
Yes. We send a template with cut, crease and glue lines, so the graphics line up correctly on the pocket and spine.
Can the folder have a business-card slit?
Yes, we cut the business-card slit on the pocket in the same pass as the folder shape.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
