Each material calls for a different cutting method: laser for acrylic and plywood, an oscillating knife for cardboard, PVC and foams, a router for thick panels. We have all three, plus an acrylic bender, so we turn a flat panel into a finished three-dimensional element.
acrylic, PET, plywood, MDF, felt, rubber — a smooth edge with no further finishing
Oscillating plotter
cardboard, corrugated board, HIPS, PP, PET, foams, PVC up to 5 mm, with creasing and perforation
Bending
thermal bending of acrylic along a line, V-groove and bending dibond
Finishing
polishing acrylic edges, bonding with clear adhesive
Marking
laser engraving, UV print before or after cutting

Production options
Laser cutting
Precise cutting and engraving in acrylic, plywood and other thin materials. Acrylic edges come out clear and smooth.
Oscillating cutting with creasing
For cardboard and plastics: shape cutting, crease lines and perforation in a single pass.
Acrylic bending
Stands, covers, displays and enclosures bent from flat acrylic sheet to a set angle.

How we work
A vector file or drawing, material, thickness and quantity.
Choosing the cutting method, nesting on the panel, and a quote.
Cutting, bending and edge finishing.
Dimension check, packing and shipping, or further production.

Indicative price
Cutting is priced per linear metre of path, bending per linear metre of fold. Material is charged per the panel price list, or we work on customer-supplied material. Indicatively:
Laser-cutting acrylic / PET up to 5 mm
approx. PLN 3 net / linear metre of path
Laser-cutting acrylic 6–10 mm
approx. PLN 6 net / linear metre of path
Oscillating cutting of PVC up to 5 mm
approx. PLN 5 net / linear metre of path
Creasing (fold line)
approx. PLN 2 net / linear metre
Thermal bending of acrylic
approx. PLN 23 net / linear metre of bend
V-groove for bending dibond
approx. PLN 14 net / linear metre
Figures are net and indicative; material and shipping are charged separately. Laser jobs have a minimum charge of approx. PLN 59 net. We give the full price once we receive the file.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Everything produced under one roof.
We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

FAQ · Board cutting and bending
Frequently asked questions
What acrylic thickness can you laser-cut?
We laser-cut acrylic up to approx. 10 mm. Above 8 mm, edge quality drops, so we usually rout thicker panels instead.
Can you bend acrylic to a specific angle?
Yes. We thermally bend acrylic along a line, to the angle shown on the drawing, including at several points on one element.
Do you cut customer-supplied material?
Yes. We cut panels and sheets provided by the customer — in that case you pay only for processing.
What is creasing?
It's a fold line pressed into cardboard or plastic. It lets the material bend evenly without cracking.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
