A CNC router cuts exactly what's in the file from a panel: letters, logos, shapes, holes and structural parts. We rout for our own sign production and also offer the service to other companies, agencies and print shops, including on customer-supplied material.

Production options
Routing with printing
We UV-print the panel and cut it to outline. A finished element with no film applied.
Routing on customer-supplied material
You supply the panels, we cut to your file. A service for agencies, joiners and other print shops.
V-groove and solid shapes from dibond
Routed grooves let dibond be bent at an angle to make enclosures, letters and light boxes from a single panel.
03
How we work
A vector file, material, thickness and quantity.
File verification, path preparation and nesting on the panel.
Routing, edge finishing, dimension check.
Packing and shipping, or further processing: printing, bending, assembly.

Indicative price
Routing is priced per linear metre of tool path — the price depends on material thickness. Material is charged separately, or we rout customer-supplied panels. Indicatively:
2D cutting — material up to 3 mm
approx. PLN 7 net / linear metre of path
2D cutting — material up to 10 mm
approx. PLN 12 net / linear metre of path
2D cutting — material up to 20 mm
approx. PLN 22 net / linear metre of path
2D cutting — material up to 40 mm
approx. PLN 46 net / linear metre of path
V-groove / creasing panels
approx. PLN 14 net / linear metre
Mechanical engraving
approx. PLN 18 net / linear metre of path
Net rates for processing only — indicative, excluding panels and shipping. Every order also includes file and machine setup (approx. PLN 33 net), and the minimum routing charge is approx. PLN 78 net.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Everything produced under one roof.
We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

FAQ · CNC routing
Frequently asked questions
What file should I prepare for routing?
A 1:1-scale vector: DXF, AI, PDF or SVG, with closed curves. If you only have a raster image, we can vectorise it.
Do you rout customer-supplied panels?
Yes. We rout on customer-supplied material — the price then covers processing only.
What's the difference between routing and laser cutting?
A router handles thick panels and composites well, a laser gives a smooth edge in thin acrylic and fine detail. We choose the method to match the material.
How is the linear metre of path calculated?
It's the total length of every cut line the router travels: outlines, holes and internal cut-outs. We provide it when quoting from a file.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
