Countertop Displays

A countertop display works where the customer waits at the till and makes quick decisions. We make countertop displays from cardboard, plastics and acrylic — from structure and prototype, through printing and cutting, to packed sets for multiple locations.

Production options

Cardboard display

Folded from a single sheet, with a header and dividers. Good for campaigns and large volumes.

Acrylic display

Bent and bonded, with print or a slide-in graphic. Looks tidy for a long time and is easy to keep clean.

Combined display

A PVC or acrylic base with a replaceable cardboard header. For the next campaign only the graphic needs replacing.

How we work

  1. Product, number of units on the display, and available counter space.
  2. Structure, visualisation and a prototype in the final material.
  3. UV printing, cutting, bending or creasing, and trial assembly.
  4. Packing and shipping to shops or head office, with assembly instructions.
04

Indicative price

A display's cost depends on material, size, how complex the structure is, and quantity. For guidance, material and processing prices:

Corrugated cardboard 3.5 mm with UV print
approx. PLN 55–90 net / m²
Clear acrylic 3 mm with UV print
approx. PLN 182–257 net / m²
Hot-bending acrylic
approx. PLN 23 net / linear metre of bend
Bonding acrylic with clear adhesive
approx. PLN 31 net / linear metre of joint
Flame-polishing acrylic edges
approx. PLN 14 net / linear metre

Rates are net and indicative, excluding packing and transport. The lower per-m² figure applies to large series, the higher one to a handful of pieces. We calculate the cost of one display after a brief and a prototype.

FAQ · Counter displays

Frequently asked questions

Which display should I choose for the till: cardboard or acrylic?

Cardboard is cheaper and lasts for a campaign of a few weeks. Acrylic is chosen for permanent displays, since it doesn't wear out from everyday contact with customers.

Can a display have space for a price and leaflets?

Yes. We add leaflet pockets, price-tag holders or a replaceable header — designed together with the structure.

Can you make just a few displays, not a whole series?

Yes, we also do short runs. With a handful of pieces the unit price is higher, since the cost of developing the structure isn't spread across a large volume.

Can we send our own structural design?

Yes. Ideally as a vector die-line with cut and crease lines marked. We check it on a prototype before production.

Can you meet a fixed date?

Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
