Printed Dump Bins

A dump bin is the simplest way to display loose product in an aisle and send a clear signal: there's a promotion here. We make bins from corrugated cardboard with full print — die-cut for your product, in quantities from a few pieces to a full chain-wide series.

Production options

Rectangular bin

Most often placed at the end of an aisle or against a wall. Simple structure, quick for staff to assemble.

Octagonal bin

Looks good from every angle, so it works well on islands and in entrance zones.

Bin with a header

A tall element with a slogan or logo above the bin. Visible from a distance, even above the shelving.

How we work

  1. Product, expected fill weight, size and number of bins.
  2. Die-line and visualisation, a prototype to check load capacity.
  3. UV printing on cardboard, cutting and creasing on the plotter.
  4. Flat packing and shipping sets to shops.
04

Indicative price

A dump bin is priced from the printed cardboard area plus the length of cutting and creasing. Indicative component prices:

Corrugated cardboard 3.5 mm with UV print
approx. PLN 55–90 net / m²
Die-cutting cardboard
approx. PLN 3 net / linear metre of path
Crease lines
approx. PLN 2 net / linear metre
Mounting artwork onto cardboard
approx. PLN 49 net / m²

Rates given are net and indicative, excluding shipping to shops. The more bins in the series, the lower the price per m². We calculate the price of one bin after a brief and a prototype.

FAQ · Dump bins

Frequently asked questions

How much weight will a cardboard dump bin take?

With well-chosen board and a reinforced base, a bin easily handles a typical promotional campaign. For heavier products we add a stiffening insert.

Do the bins arrive assembled?

No, we ship them flat, as that's cheaper to transport. They're assembled in the shop without tools or glue.

Can we order a few bins to test?

Yes. A few pieces are a good way to test a bin in a shop before ordering a full chain-wide series.

Can a bin be printed on the inside?

Yes. We print the whole flat sheet, so artwork can appear on both the outside and the inside of the bin.

Can you meet a fixed date?

Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
