Printed Pallet Covers

A pallet display in a supermarket is a large surface that usually says nothing. A printed cover or wrap turns it into a brand display. We print and sew fabric covers, and cut cardboard and PVC covers to pallet dimensions.

How we work

  1. Pallet size, display height and number of pieces.
  2. Design on the cover's layout, approval and any pattern.
  3. Printing, sewing with a closure, or cutting and scoring the covers.
  4. Packing and shipping to shops or the manufacturer's warehouse.
04

Indicative price

We price fabric covers by the printed m² of fabric and sewing length, and rigid covers by the printed board's m². As a guide:

210 g textile banner, UV printed
approx. PLN 53–94 net / m²
250 g stretch fabric, UV printed
approx. PLN 60–101 net / m²
Edge hemming
approx. PLN 14 net / linear m
Fitting Velcro
approx. PLN 18 net / linear m
Fitting a zip
approx. PLN 27 net / linear m
3.5 mm corrugated board, UV printed
approx. PLN 55–90 net / m²

Net values, approximate, excluding shipping. The lower amount applies to large runs, the higher one to a handful of covers. We work out the price for a specific pallet after a brief.

FAQ · Printed pallet covers

Frequently asked questions

Can a fabric cover be washed?

Yes. Dye-sublimated fabrics withstand low-temperature washing; for UV-printed ones we recommend damp cleaning.

Which pallets do you make covers for?

Most often the EURO pallet, half-pallet and quarter-pallet. We also make custom formats — just give us the display dimensions.

How does the cover stay on the pallet?

We match the closure to the display: Velcro, a zip, elastic or a drawstring tunnel. The cover fits on without tools.

Is a cardboard wrap enough for a campaign?

For a few-week promotion, yes. For several campaigns a year, a reusable fabric cover works better.

Can you meet a fixed date?

Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
