A plano sheet is a printed, flat sheet with no folding or binding — for agencies and print shops that do their own further processing, or for companies that need, say, printed card for their own packaging production. We print sheets digitally, trim to format on request, and pack them flat, without creases.

Production options
Sheets for further processing
We print, and you handle folding, binding or die-cutting yourself. We set up marks and bleeds the way your bindery needs them.
Sheets with multiple layouts
We arrange several or a dozen-plus layouts on a sheet to make the best use of the paper and lower the per-piece cost.
Mono A3 sheets
Documentation, forms and internal materials in large quantities, at a low per-page cost.
Sheets trimmed to format
If you don't need further processing, we trim the sheets on a guillotine to the final net format.

How we work
Brief: format, substrate, run size and whether further processing follows.
File check, imposing the layouts and marks.
Digital printing, optional guillotine cutting.
Flat packing and shipping.
04
Indicative price
The price of plano sheets depends on format, substrate, single- or double-sided printing, run size and whether the sheets need trimming. With several layouts per sheet, we price by the sheet, not the piece — we quote after a brief.
Net amount for the whole run of sheets; pallet packing and transport are quoted separately.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Everything produced under one roof.
We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

FAQ · Flat sheets
Frequently asked questions
What does plano delivery mean?
You receive flat sheets, with no folding, binding or trimming to final format. That's the standard when someone else handles further processing.
Can you lay out several designs on one sheet?
Yes. If you send a single layout with bleeds, we prepare the imposition ourselves to minimise paper waste.
Do you print for other print shops and agencies?
Yes. On request we pack the sheets in neutral packaging, with no branding of our own.
What's the largest sheet in digital printing?
SRA3 — 320 × 450 mm — is the standard. Larger formats are printed on wide-format machines.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
