Most print problems come from the file, not the machine: resolution too low, no bleed, colours in RGB, or fonts not outlined. We check every file technically before production at no extra cost, and if it needs fixing, we prepare it in-house for printing, cutting or routing.
PDF (ideally PDF/X), AI, EPS, SVG, TIFF; vectors for cutting and routing
We check

Production options
Technical check
Every file is checked before printing. If something's wrong, we let you know and suggest a fix — always included in the order.
File correction and adaptation
Adding bleed, rebuilding the layout for another format, converting fonts to outlines, and preparing cutting paths.
Test print or proof
For important brand colours we print a sample on the final material, or a certified contract proof.
03
How we work
Sending the file with information on format, material and finish.
Preflight: technical check and a report of any issues.
Fixes on our side or the author's, approval of the preview.
The approved file goes straight to the machine.

Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Frequently asked questions
How much bleed should I add to a file?
For small formats, usually 2–3 mm on each side. For welded banners with eyelets, leave a safety margin so text doesn't fall on a fold — we'll give you the exact value for your order.
What happens if the file is in RGB?
We convert it to the machine's profile, but some bright on-screen colours have no print equivalent. For important brand colours, it's worth ordering a test print.
What resolution does a banner need?
For large formats viewed from several metres, about 100 dpi at 1:1 scale is enough. Close-up printing, such as a poster, needs more.
Who's responsible for errors in the file?
The client is responsible for the content, and we check the technical side. We flag any concerns before printing, and production starts once the preview is approved.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
