Fabric and Media Backdrop Walls

A backdrop behind the coach at a press conference, in the mixed zone after a match, or at a trade-fair stand needs to look right on camera. We print and sew fabric and media walls in-house, kit them with a frame, and ship them ready to set up — or install them on site with our own crew.

Production options

Banner wall

A pipe-and-drape frame with a PVC banner tensioned with elastic cords. The cheapest press-wall option, good for one-off events.

Pop-up fabric wall

A scissor frame with fabric that doesn't crease when folded. Lighter to transport and glare-free under stage lighting.

Media wall on a SEG frame

A rigid aluminium frame with a groove that holds fabric fitted with a silicone strip. Graphics with new sponsors can be swapped in minutes before a new season.

Press backdrop

A wide, tall backdrop of 300 × 250 cm for conferences, galas and award ceremonies with several people in frame.

How we work

  1. Brief: size, venue (hall, conference room, trade fair), the list of logos and the event date.
  2. Logo layout design with a preview in the camera frame and approval.
  3. Printing the fabric or banner, fitting the SEG strip or Velcro, kitting with the frame.
  4. Shipping in a carry bag, or set-up by our crew before the event.

FAQ · Textile and media walls

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a fabric and a banner wall?

The banner version uses PVC graphics — cheaper, but it can shine under strong light. The fabric version is matte, lighter and doesn't crease when folded, so it looks better on TV and in photos.

Can we swap just the graphics when sponsors change?

Yes. The frame stays, and we print a new fabric or banner in the same size. That's the most common order before a new season of competition.

How do I arrange logos so they're visible in an interview?

Media walls use a repeating logo grid across several rows, so that when the speaker is framed close-up, at least one full logo is always visible. We design the layout around the camera height and where the player or speaker stands.

Can the fabric be flame-retardant?

Yes. When a hall or trade-fair centre requires flame-retardant materials, we choose the right fabric. Mention it in the brief, since it affects both material choice and price.

Can you meet a fixed date?

Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
