The parcel is a customer's first physical contact with an online shop, so it's worth making sure it doesn't look like any other. We design branded mailer boxes, cut the prototype ourselves in Wieluń, and match the board and print to the run — from a short start-up series to regular warehouse deliveries.
die-cut tuck-top boxes, flap cartons, boxes with an insert or divider
Board
single- or double-wall corrugated (flute E, B, EB), in grey kraft or white
Print
logo and graphics on the outside, optionally an inside print revealed only on opening
Size
matched to the product so it doesn't shift inside and doesn't need filler
Extras
tear tape, an adhesive strip for returns, cardboard inserts holding the product in place

Production options
Die-cut box with logo
The most common choice for online shops. Assembles without tape, protects the contents well, and looks like branded packaging straight away.
Printed flap carton
A simpler, cheaper construction for heavier or bulkier goods. The print is usually one colour on the sides.
Box printed on the inside
Plain on the outside, with graphics, a slogan or instructions revealed on opening. Works well for subscription boxes and premium products.
Short start-up series
For a new shop or a market test — a few dozen to a few hundred pieces cut on a plotter, with no cutting-die cost.
03
How we work
Product dimensions and weight, number of items per parcel, and the expected monthly box usage.
Choice of construction and board, preparing the box's net and print design.
Prototype cut and scored on a plotter, tested with the product, series production after approval.
Delivery on pallets to the warehouse or fulfilment centre, also in several batches.
04
Indicative price
The box price depends on the construction, size, board type, number of print colours and, above all, the run — unit cost for a few hundred pieces is very different from several thousand. That's why we quote after receiving dimensions and quantity, often in two or three versions for comparison.
Net quote provided after dimensions and the run size are given, usually in a few versions. We show a prototype before the series, and pallet delivery is priced separately.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

Frequently asked questions
From how many pieces can I order printed boxes?
Short series are cut on a plotter without a die, so you can start with a small quantity. Larger runs make a cutting die and series printing worthwhile — in the quote we show at what quantity that starts to make sense.
Will the box survive courier shipping?
We match the flute type and board thickness to the product's weight and shape. For fragile goods we suggest an insert that holds the product in place.
Can I get a sample box before ordering the series?
Yes. We cut a prototype at the final size so you can check how the product fits inside and how the box folds.
How do I prepare artwork for the box?
Artwork is applied to the box's net, which we prepare to your size. A vector logo plus a description of what should appear on each panel is enough.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
