An LED neon sign looks like classic glass neon, but it's lighter, safer and uses very little power. We make it from flexible LED strip on a backing cut to the lettering — for a cafe, salon, office, event backdrop or shop window. Design, production and shipping, all from one place.
flexible LED strip in a silicone sleeve, run on low voltage
Backing
PVC board or transparent acrylic, cut to the outline of the lettering or as a rectangle
Colours
single-colour, two-colour, or RGB with a controller and programmable effects
Power
a mains power supply included; a dimmer or remote control is optional
Mounting
on wall spacers, on cables or chains in a shop window, or on a stand

Production options
Neon on a PVC board
The most popular indoor option. The board can match the background colour or be cut exactly to the shape of the lettering.
Neon on transparent acrylic
The backing is almost invisible, so the lettering looks as if it's floating on the wall or window.
RGB neon with animation
A controller lets you change colours and effects — a good solution for bars, clubs and events.
Outdoor-rated neon
Built with higher weatherproofing and a shielded power supply. Worth mentioning in the brief that the sign will hang outside the building.

A design of the neon line's path with a colour preview — design is included in the price.
Laser or router cutting of the backing, LED strip installation and a lighting test.
Shipping in protective packaging with the power supply and fixings, or on-site installation.

FAQ · LED Flex neon signs
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between an LED neon sign and traditional neon?
Traditional neon is a glass tube filled with gas, run on high voltage. LED neon is a flexible strip of diodes on low voltage — it doesn't shatter, runs cooler and uses far less electricity.
Can an LED neon sign be hung outdoors?
Standard board-mounted neon signs are made for indoor use and shop windows. For outdoor use we build them with higher weatherproofing and a shielded power supply.
Can I order a neon sign with my own logo?
Yes, ideally as a vector file. We simplify very fine details, since the LED strip has a set thickness and a minimum bend radius.
How long does an LED neon sign last?
The diodes run for many thousands of hours. The power supply is usually the first part to wear out, and it's replaced without replacing the whole sign.
Can the neon sign be dimmed?
Yes, we can add a dimmer or remote control. On RGB versions, the controller also lets you change colours and effects.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
