Privacy and cookie policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is P.P.H.U. Janusz Ciosek WIELKA REKLAMA, ul. Popiełuszki 13, 98-300 Wieluń, Poland, VAT ID PL8320002720 (“we”).

2. What data we process and why

Enquiries and quotes (website forms, calculators, chat, e-mails to info@wielkareklama.eu): name, company, e-mail, phone, message, attachments and file links, selected products and sizes. Purpose: replying to your enquiry, preparing an offer and fulfilling orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract) and business contact about your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest).

Technical enquiry data: IP address, country, the page the form was sent from, traffic source and pages viewed during the visit. Purpose: preventing abuse and spam and tailoring our reply (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Visit statistics: our own Umami tool on our server, without cookies and without identifying individuals (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Google Analytics 4 and the Zipchat chat — only after you consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and ePrivacy rules). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

3. Who we share data with

IT service providers processing data on our behalf: server and e-mail hosting (Cyber_Folks S.A., Poland).

With your consent: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) and the Zipchat chat provider — they may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

We use Google's translation service to translate messages from foreign customers, and IP geolocation services (ipwho.is, api.country.is) to determine the country of an enquiry.

Courier and transport companies as needed for delivery; our accountants and public authorities where required by law.

4. How long we keep data

Enquiries and correspondence — up to 24 months from the last contact; if a contract is concluded — for the period required by tax and accounting law and until claims become time-barred.

IP address of an enquiry — 90 days. Messages marked as spam — 30 days. Unfinished forms without contact details — 90 days.

Google Analytics cookies — according to Google's settings (up to 14 months); the cookie storing your consent choice — 12 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Simply write to kontakt@wielkareklama.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or the authority in your country.

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details. We do not make solely automated decisions.

6. Cookies

Necessary: the cookie storing your banner choice (wr_consent) and admin panel session cookies (staff only).

Analytics and chat (only with consent): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), Zipchat.
