Printed Acoustic Panels

Rooms with bare walls and glass carry sound and create echo, making open-plan offices hard to concentrate in. Printed acoustic panels absorb sound while doubling as decoration with a logo, photo or pattern. We print the fabric, sew it for the frame and install the panels on walls or ceilings.
01

Specification

Fabric
decorative fabric with UV print or sublimation, acoustically transparent to let sound reach the infill

SEG graphics
fabric with a sewn-in silicone edge gasket, replaceable without dismantling the frame
Installation

Production options

Wall panel with artwork

The most common form — an image that reduces reverberation in the room.

Wall of modules

Several panels forming one large graphic across the wall.

Suspended panel (baffle)

Hung from the ceiling in large halls, canteens and restaurants.

Replaceable graphic

SEG fabric for changing at a rebrand or new layout.

How we work

  1. Room dimensions, photos, and what's causing the problem (echo, noise).
  2. Choosing the number and layout of panels, artwork design, sign-off.
  3. Printing the fabric, sewing in the SEG edge, preparing frames and infill.
  4. On-site installation, including in an occupied building.
04

Indicative price

A panel's price comes from the printed fabric and the frame-and-infill structure, which we match to the room. Indicative fabric prices:

Decorative / acoustic fabric with UV print
approx. PLN 78–127 net / m²
SEG graphic with silicone edge — UV print
approx. PLN 68–114 net / m²
SEG graphic — sublimation
approx. PLN 77–125 net / m²
Replacing just the graphic in an existing frame
quoted by size

Per-m² fabric rates: lower for orders from 100 m², higher for single panels up to 4 m². Figures are indicative, net, and do not include the frame with infill or installation. We prepare a quote for a full set of panels after a brief.

FAQ · Printed acoustic panels

Frequently asked questions

Does printing affect a panel's acoustic properties?

No, provided the fabric is designed for acoustic panels. Printing colours the fibres but doesn't close the pores that let sound through to the infill.

How many panels are needed to quieten a room?

It depends on the room's size, ceiling height and finishing materials. Based on photos and dimensions, we propose a number and layout.

Can the graphic be changed without replacing the panels?

Yes, in panels with SEG fabric only the fabric is changed. The frame and infill stay in place.

Can panels be cleaned?

The fabric is vacuumed with a soft brush. SEG graphics can be removed for cleaning — the method depends on the fabric and we provide it with the order.

Can you meet a fixed date?

Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
