Stand-up pouches, sachets and small bags are light, cheap to transport and look good on the shelf. For coffee, tea, spice, supplement and pet-food producers, we choose the type of flexible packaging and the marking method — from a label on a neutral doypack for short runs, to full print for larger volumes.

Production options
Neutral doypack with a label
Works well for a new brand and short runs. Several product versions differ only in the label, with the pouches staying the same.
Doypack with full print
Graphics across the whole surface of the pouch. Pays off once sales have settled down and for larger runs.
Sample sachets
Small packs for samples in parcels, at trade fairs, and for in-store promotions.

Indicative price
The price of flexible packaging depends on the type and size of the pouch, the material, extras such as a closure or valve, and the run. For short runs, a neutral pouch with a label is usually the cheaper option. We quote after a brief.
Net quote after a brief, often in two versions: a pouch with a label and a pouch with full print. Delivery to the filling site is priced separately.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

FAQ · Flexible packaging
Frequently asked questions
Can I order flexible packaging in a small quantity?
For short runs we usually suggest a neutral pouch with a printed label. Full print on the pouch makes sense for larger runs.
Will the pouch keep coffee fresh?
For coffee we choose a barrier laminate and a degassing valve, which releases gases without letting air in.
Can the packaging be eco-friendly?
Yes. Mono-material laminates designed for recycling are available, as are paper pouches with a thin barrier layer.
Who's responsible for the information on the packaging?
Mandatory content, such as ingredients and the best-before date, is prepared by the manufacturer. We check the file technically and make sure it's legible.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
