A clothing tag, or a hang tag on a bottle or jar of a local product, is the last piece of information a customer reads before deciding. We print tags on heavy card, cut them to any shape, punch a hole for a string, and — if needed — print the price, size or barcode on every single piece.

Indicative price
A tag's price depends on its size and the number of layouts per sheet, the card stock, the cutting shape, the number of variable-data versions and run size. Shapes cut from the file avoid a die cost; we quote the rest after a brief.
Net quote for the whole run, including cutting and holes; threading string and shipping are discussed separately.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Frequently asked questions
Can a hang tag have an unusual shape?
Yes. We cut the shape from a vector file, with no die cost, so it's cost-effective even for short runs.
Can a tag carry an EAN barcode?
Yes, we print codes from the numbers you supply. EAN numbers for products are assigned by your national GS1 organisation.
What card stock should I choose for clothing tags?
Most often 300–350 gsm coated card, which is stiff and holds colour well. Kraft gives a natural, artisanal feel.
Can tags be double-sided?
Yes. The front usually carries the logo, and the back the composition, care instructions, price or code.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
