Cast Vinyl for Vehicle Wraps

Standard vinyl doesn't survive on a car body: panel grooves, rivets and recesses call for a thin cast vinyl that doesn't spring back to its original shape. We print the artwork on cast vinyl, protect it with a laminate, and wrap vehicles ourselves — or supply the material for your own fitter.

Production options

Full wrap

Vinyl covers the whole body or side panel. Transforms the car's look and protects the paint.

Partial wrap

The rear, sides or doors carry the graphics and contact details — good value with strong visibility.

Material only, for your own fitting

We print and laminate the panels to your design, and your own workshop handles fitting.

How we work

  1. The vehicle's make, model and year, plus photos from all four sides.
  2. A design built on the vehicle's template, with a visualisation to approve.
  3. Printing on cast vinyl, laminating, and cutting into panels.
  4. Wrapping at our workshop, or shipping labelled panels for fitting.
04

Indicative price

We price the material per m² of printed vinyl; fitting time depends on the model and body complexity, so that's quoted from photos:

Cast vinyl, 50 micron, with UV print
approx. PLN 78–124 net / m²
Polymeric laminate (recommended for vehicles)
approx. PLN 31 net / m²
Magnetic vinyl as removable advertising
approx. PLN 88–137 net / m²
Printed cast vinyl, 100 × 100 cm, gloss cast laminate — 1 piece
approx. PLN 284 net

For cast vinyl, the lower rate applies to orders from 100 m², the higher one to single panels up to 4 m². Prices are indicative, net of VAT, excluding fitting and shipping; we give an exact figure from photos of the vehicle.

FAQ · Cast vehicle wrapping films

Frequently asked questions

Will cast vinyl damage the paint?

On factory paint in good condition, vinyl protects it, and removing it correctly leaves no damage. Repaired paintwork and chips can be a problem.

Why isn't cheaper vinyl enough?

Calendared vinyl has shape memory and eventually lifts from body grooves. Cast vinyl is thin and stable, so it stays where it's applied.

How do I care for a wrapped car?

Hand-wash or use a touchless car wash, and don't point a pressure lance directly at the vinyl's edges. Avoid harsh chemicals and solvent-based waxes.

Can I just get the material to fit myself?

Yes. We print, laminate and cut the panels to your design, label them, and ship them to your own fitter.

Can you meet a fixed date?

Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
